Prayer is for everyone at anytime. It is a necessity 24/7.
I got out of bed and poured me some coffee,
Sat down in my chair with my planner in hand.
With all I've to do I need a good strong
Without help from God I'm standing on sand.
Before I start my day
I need to pray.
Life is so hectic with everyday living;
Appointments and traffic that cause so much
I've got to be ready to walk out of my front
And fight Satan's demons as I walk through
Each hour of my day
I need to pray.
Tonight as I lay down to rest my tired body
My mind is in turmoil, my soul is in pain.
I've dealt with the world, taken blows from
It's only by grace that I'm even still sane.
At the end of my day
I still need to pray.
