A heart that loves Jesus
Can't help but sing
Of the joy and the peace
That knowing Him brings.
You just can't contain it,
No words can explain it
But it makes your hear want to sing.

The music of joy
Is the heartbeat of life
That cannot be snuffed out
By troubles and strife.
It's beautiful melody
From heaven rings
And it makes your heart want to sing.

The lyric of peace
Speaks to the soul
Of how Jesus came
To make people whole.
You can't help but share it
So others can hear it
It makes your heart want to sing.

When you have been changed
By the love of the Son,
When the battle is over
And your heart He's won:
You can't help but give thanks and praise to the King
For making your heart want to sing.
