Christians Have Civic Responsibilities
Christians have a responsibility to speak out strongly when they hear, read, or see everyday activities that can be dangerous, abusive, or just plain insanely ridiculous.
A fine example is the fallacious law suit filled by Administrative law judge Roy L. Pearson when he originally sought $67 million from a dry cleaner for a missing pair of trousers from a blue and maroon suit.
District of Columbia Superior Court Judge Judith Bartnoff ruled that it was an unreasonable demand.
This is certainly not an isolated case of irrationality, laughingstock-mockery of the American judicial system. This was an insane waste of time and money, some of which I’m feel certain was footed by taxpayers.
Responsibilities for everyone extend further than the front doors of our homes and churches.
