This is just a poem for my wife to know that I Love her and am thinking of her.
I write, I write, I write
About all kinds of things
Things that make me sad
And those that make me sing

God is first and foremost
Jesus Christ the same
I am so very thankful
He was sent and came

Today I sat and wondered
What else elevates my mood
Is it money, wealth and pleasure
Or flowers birds and food

All at once it hit me
Like lighting and thunder do
What really makes me soar
Can only be just you

Itís you that holds my hand
And is always by my side
Itís you that builds me up
And elevates my pride

You are my help mate
Made by Gods own hand
When my strength is failing
Itís you that helps me stand

When I am weary
Itís you that is strong
When my heart is empty
You fill it with a song

Iím not always pleasant
I know I make you mad
Yet even when Iím lonely
Itís you that makes me glad

Thank You heavenly Father
For sending her to me
And keep our hearts together
And let her walk with me
