In God’s Presence

In the presence of the Lord,
There is awesome power,
Power to seek and save
Power to heal, mend
And make whole:
In the presence of God
I have been restored.

The Lord visited me:
His presence was all around;
I saw a bright light every where!
Every thing faded,
All I could see…was the light
Then there was lightening
And the whole room was lit.

The fear of the Lord filled me,
I died to self, with no human strength
I couldn’t even lift a finger
Or blink an eye
Then the thunder came!!
Very loud and very clear
And a miracle happened…

I could understand the language
Of the thunder;
God was speaking to me
Audibly
Telling me His will for my life
Calling me by name,
Instructing me.

There are miracles in God’s presence,
And you can never remain the same.
He transforms and changes
All for the best.
In His presence;
All I could do was surrender
To His call and will.
