CRITIQUE TIPS

HELP TOUR

It's easy to critique the works of others and get your work critiqued. Just follow the steps below:

1) Post your first piece.

2) You must then critique the work of another member to post another piece yourself.

3) For each critique you give, you earn 1 credit that can be used to post another one of your writings.

4) You can build up credits to be used at another time by giving critiques to others.

TITLE: The Darkest Night

This was written in a dark time in my life a few years ago. I like to think of it as God's poem to all those who are really struggling right now.
When you cried out in the night
Because you couldn't see the light
I was there.

When no matter how hard you try
There is no tear left to cry
I am there.

I was there for you at your weakest moments, the ones that came in the dark when sleep can't be found. When you felt so utterly alone, as if there were nowhere to turn for this anguish you felt, I was there. I was in the shadows and the light, the day and the night. Though no one in the whole world may understand the depth of your pain, I do. I created you, I know your every thought and fear. I will be there through the pretending and the reality. Though no one else may see the heart of your soul, I do.

Love,

Abba
