It's easy to critique the works of others and get your work critiqued. Just follow the steps below:
1) Post your first piece.
2) You must then critique the work of another member to post another piece yourself.
3) For each critique you give, you earn 1 credit that can be used to post another one of your writings.
4) You can build up credits to be used at another time by giving critiques to others.

I was a judge for the "fruit" week, so I couldn't enter. This is the poem that I would have entered, had I been able to do so. I'm not as comfortable with poetry as I am with prose, so any thoughts are appreciated.
Go ahead--it's tasty--
Feel its juices on your chin:
This fig--you like it?
Here's another one.
Don't you love the sweetness?
Sure, it's sticky--we don't care.
Don't think--enjoy it.
If you want to, you can
Just don't look inside, girl.
Some things you don't need to know.
...Yes, that's a wasp there.
Just ignore it. Let it
Come--eat your fill. There's plenty;
Just as juicy, just as sweet.
My dear, you're mine now:
Such a tasty little
