God has blessed me with this lovely lady and fellow poet, now in my life. Hopefully, I have captured her essence and you have a chance to read some of her beautiful poetry.
Whispers gently in the wind
And on her face a kindly grin
That puts my fears and mind to rest
And warmth of love within my breast
Within her words, the call of birds
Soar sweetly in a song
A poem wrote, a gospel quote
Puts hearts where they belong
Her days are filled with serving others
Husband, daughters, sons and Mother
Caring for, all other’s needs
Planting hope and loving seeds
A smile on days that warrant frowns
She climbs back up when she is down
And comforts those who are in need
“God loves and holds you, is her creed
Her name is written on my heart
An in my life, a cherished part
Will always be until the end
For she is my most dearest friend.
