The Dream

In Heaven there are many mansions prepared for those who believe the words of Jesus. I personally hope my mansion is a log cabin in the mountains. But what ever it is, it'll be perfect I know.

But imagine if when you arrive in Heaven you are first greeted by a very large and beautiful Angel assigned to be your guide. From his wings he hands you a schedule written on a feather. As you are trying to grasp in your mind how anyone was able to write on a feather, you hear him explaining very precisely that there are many things to do in the Kingdom of Heaven, many people to see, many people to meet, and many things to learn. He looks directly into your eyes and explains that you'll be surprised how quickly everything will begin to move and come together, now that you have arrived.

You glance down at the schedule written on the feather and see that it is a list of classes you'll be attending. Perhaps you're excited and curious when you notice the names of the instructors listed under each class are from among the Prophets of the Bible, Kings and Disciples. Some of them may be among your favorites. But at the very bottom of the schedule you also notice written on the last strand of the feather- Special Class - Choice Instructor. As if he could read your thoughts the Angel asks, "Do you have any questions?"

"Yes," you want to say. "How did you write on this feather?" But you don't. Instead you answer, "Yes. What does Special Class- Choice Instructor mean?"

His smile lights up his whole being and his wings begin to spread. The energy around him is so great that you simply sit down where you stand, as he begins to tell you that the Special Class is among everyone's favorite. It is set aside for your choice he says. There are three things that set it apart from all others.

#1 - It is not a class of instruction. It is an opportunity for a one on one relationship and conversation.
#2 - The choice of instructor is yours to make. You may choose only one from anyone mentioned in the Bible and living here in Heaven, with the exception of the Holy Trinity. You'll be meeting with Him and Them at other times.
#3 - Whomever you choose will not ask questions of you or require anything from you. But they will answer any questions you may have and they will be your servant for one year.

For me this would be very hard. Number one there are more than a few from the Bible that I would like to spend a year conversing with and asking questions. There's Abraham, Moses, Joseph, Amos, Habbakkuk, Joshua, Elijah, Elisha, King David, Solomon, Ester, Debra, Peter, Paul, John, Mary and more. But number two...I cannot even begin to imagine how any of them could be my servant. I can only imagine how I should be their servant.

But if I had to choose and I could choose only one... I think I would choose
