It's easy to critique the works of others and get your work critiqued. Just follow the steps below:
1) Post your first piece.
2) You must then critique the work of another member to post another piece yourself.
3) For each critique you give, you earn 1 credit that can be used to post another one of your writings.

As in the game of chess and with life in mind
Many of life’s experiences make us harsh or very kind
Kings and Queens are important, if they remember where they’ve been
Within a Chain of Command, you can make others frown or grin
Kings and Queens are few and the differences are great
Strategy is key, to ultimately determine your fate
Kings decide game over, with a simple “Check Mate”
But Queens can move anywhere and hold fast to their debate
Castles, Knights, Bishops and Pawns are also in the game
They could run wild or respond in part the same
Moves to be determined, pressured from those above
To manage the best situation, yet end all in love
Responsible, are all the pieces, they can all win the game
No “I” in team and without gossip, nobody bears the shame
Important all the players, in their places they make a mark
Our life is really never over, but must always start
