You held on
When I let go
You were strong
When I didn’t know
I fall defenseless
You are my shield
I am unbroken
And Your love is revealed
I’m not half the man I’d like you to believe.
I pushed you so far away
Then I begged you not leave
I can’t raise my head to look you in the eye
Will you find me here now?
I can’t understand why
You pick me up again and tell me You are here
Brush the dirt off my face
And tell me have no fear
Hold my close to You as these chains fall to the ground
Growing stronger now
I stand in You unbound
Remember me when I feel forgotten
Find me here when I become lost
Because I am Yours
Forever Yours
