As we pursue Gods purposes in our lives, we will sometimes go through pain. A broken home, disappointment, failure, loss of a loved one, loss of a job, false accusations and the list is endless. Such experiences cause us pain but I have realized that pain is not our enemy. It’s at a point of pain that we discover our inner strengths. You could remember a time when u were in pain and felt like dying. You were so hurt and broken. Your heart melted like wax and you could not figure out how you were going to breakout of the unkind situation, you felt as though your world was sinking into the river of unfairness and injustices. A sense of helplessness permeated your soul but somehow you came out of the pains Stronger than you went in.
That is what pain does, pain makes us strong and we are only over comers when what hurt us fails to break us. Pain is a sign that something new is about to be birthed. A woman expecting a babe will be fine until the due day to give birth comes. Then she will go through pain. God allows pain in our live. Actually, what God allows does not break us but it puts us together. Are you in pain? Hung on, there is a miracle in that pain. God is working out some good out of that mess and when you are tried, you will come out victorious. Yes, pain is a process with a purpose. Don’t surrender to those feelings of shame and disgrace. Don’t throw in the towel. Don’t give-up on life. Don’t abort you dream. Through it all you will come out of the situation with a song of victory on your lips.
The Holy Bible says in all the things that come our way, including all forms of pains, we are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus. That’s our anchor, we lean on this truth, and it is our strength and our hope. That in whatever the devil throws at us; we are the winning side. We are unbreakable. Yes we do bend sometimes but we don’t break. You will not breakdown.
