In a hurting world Jesus's Love for us abides always. He says he will Never leave our side.
HE WHO THE SON SETS FREE IS FREE INDEED

Cold and sick, alone and needing a fix, begging from every stranger. Born amongst livestock under the brightest of stars, lying in the straw in a manger.

Running and hiding from the dealers you never paid. Mary and Joseph and the three wisemen gazing where the God of Creation had been laid.

Lying on a bed in a dimly lit room, searching the length of your arm for an available vein. Spoken of by the prophets of old, sent by God to remove Adam’s stain.

As I entered in and out of a state of euphoria, glimpses of a happier childhood. Prince of Peace, born in such a humble stable to die at the hands of his creation who really never understood.

A life to scared to live, to scared to die, to proud to ask for forgiveness….I’m worthless….lost! Speaking in the Temple, astonishing the priest, telling them about his Love of the Father and the price he would pay for us….a very great cost.

As the drugs began their magic and all my cares drifted away. He spoke to the multitudes, healed the sick, touched the broken hearted and taught them how to pray.

I’ve lost everything, my friends, my family, and my job. My life is surrounded by darkness ,all I feel is the need to touch God, to not feel any fear. Come forth Lazarus, Come forth….God had commanded his friend to be alive and on the face of God was a tear.

Please young man, join me tomorrow evening at the Union Mission, get a hot meal, some clean clothes and hear what God has to say. My hour draweth nigh, come join me lest ye be tempted, join me and pray.

We’re so glad you came tonight and we believe God has heard your prayers.
My friend says he can help you with your drug problem and his wife said she’ll help you find work. For this purpose have I been born, the sacrificial lamb in death will cause the curtain in the temple to be torn.

I feel alive for the first time in years. I have new friends who’ve help me beat the dope. I’m working and have my own place. The shadows cast on the side of the hillside, three crosses, a King’s sacrifice to cover the sins of the human race.
