This took on a life of its on with the first few words...it was not at all what I intended to write
Open wide for finest wheat
Streets of pain marked closed
Vessel chosen potter's hand
Who would have 'ere supposed

Your thoughts not mine Your will be done
A reckless love ordained
Vessel broken to be reshaped
Cracked hearts hold falling rain

Empty holes filled with quicksand
Threaten the finest hour
The solemn soul searches truth
Frozen fire in a cold dark tower

Hark your ears sound quiet roars
As jokers overtake them
Dogs howl in the village square
As mindless fools forsake Him

Open wide time troubles by
As petaled flowers fade
A hammer sings a blood red song
A living sacrifice is made

Laid offerings on bronze grilled fire
Lamb led quickly to the slaughter
Open wounds bleed liquid love
My child ,My prodigal daughter

Crest- ridden waves surge shore-ward bound
Mist trapped in an ivory cage
Festered sores healed from within
Blood seeps through every page

Oh wondrous thought, O' song of love
Blood-stained upon the altar
Golden strain of amazing grace
Come home My prodigal daughter
