Scared Little Sammy
“Why are you shaking?” asked Hansi the Hare.
“You look like some fox has trapped you in his lair.”
“Oh no,” squeaked Sammy, as he shook his snout.
“It’s what I can’t see that I’m worried about.”
“There lives a Monster, WHAT IF is his name.”
“He hides in the dark and pretends to be tame.”
“He’ll leave you doubting and wondering too”
“About what MIGHT happen and what you should do”
“Come now,” said Hansi and took Sammy’s hand.
“This Monster can’t win if you know how to stand.”
“If you won’t listen to his foolish lies,
“You’ll find that this Monster is cut down to size.
“If you remember to stand in the Light,
You’ll see that this Monster has vanished from sight.”
