TITLE: Whiter Than Snow

written from Psalms 51:7 Just a lesson from a snowflake
There is beauty in a snowflake
As it whirls softly to the ground.
It shines like tiny rays of light,
Glistening whiteness all around!

Thinking of anything much whiter,
Is much too deep to understand.
Yet, Jesus tells us in His Word,
For His child, this is what He’s planned!

It takes a tiny speck of dust
For such small, lacy flakes to form.
It’s hidden deep in the center:
But many create a huge storm.

It’s that “little speck” of dark dust
That our Savior will take away,
Make us whiter than the snowflake,
As we lean upon Him and pray!

So lean upon His great promise,
Let Jesus cleanse us deep within.
He’s the only One with Power,
Defeating death, to bear our sin!
