Dear Friends

Please feel free to critique and give your helpful comments. I will accept your input with thankfulness.
Fancy seeing an elephant in your room
how would you get it out of the room
If it were unreal, would you mentally walk it to a zoo
If it were real would you not contact the zoo
It's a job that a zookeeper's fit to do

If it's a real issue, we need to resolve it
Too big to sweep it under the carpet or ignore it
Neither should we allow it to stampede others
Never make a scapegoat out of someone or others
For it may lead to resentments or backlashes

Perhaps we should own it collectively
Then it'd belong to everybody corporately
As stakeholders we'd work collaboratively
Like eating an elephant we'll take it bit by bit
By all means seek experts' advice to settle it

Rely on God's wisdom and trust His faithfulness
To fallen humans, it appears as foolishness
But to God their wisdom is utter foolishness
Let's seek His wise counsel that's pure and peaceable
Instead of our smugness that sounds plausible

Ignore the elephant it will loom larger
Lest it morphs into a time-bomb disaster
It's like an iceberg in the chilly seas
Wrecking ships, ferries and liners on heartless seas
Marooning alone, or sinking in selfish seas

Are we so heavy that we've lost our dream
Let's surrender our elephant to Him
Pray, and see how He'll make the elephant tame
Will He not lead us with divine kindness
Will He not resolve our problems in completeness

There's nothing our God cannot do
Be it the elephant in the room or in the zoo
The stars in the universe are His handiworks too
Indeed our God's so great so wise and so mighty
To Him be glory majesty power and authority
