HELP TOUR

It's easy to critique the works of others and get your work critiqued. Just follow the steps below:

1) Post your first piece.

2) You must then critique the work of another member to post another piece yourself.

3) For each critique you give, you earn 1 credit that can be used to post another one of your writings.

4) You can build up credits to be used at another time by giving critiques to others.

"Stains"

I will not be able to deny it. The evidence is in too many places. The most embarrassing spot for proof is the stained pages in my bible. The pretty blouse my grand- daughter gave me is now soiled The grease mark stands out like a weed in a beautiful garden. In the pail beside my desk are the empty wrappers and the little bags that once held unnourishing quick grab food items, junk food. The reasons for the stains.

Once again as I sit at my desk I ask myself, why I didn't get an apple or a banana. I think this while yet another wrapper is tossed! thank goodness the one falling onto the pile is todays first.

I need to get a grip on my taste buds they are like a magnet to junk food. So I will continue to pray and read the bible for encouragement to stop being a junk food junkie.
