TITLE: It's Time To Move On September 18, 2013

Itís time to move on. Jesus no longer hangs on the cross. He has risen from the dead and now sits at the right hand of the father. That's a new beginning. Letís begin there. The cross was the death of the old covenant, and Jesus rising from began a new covenant. Many continue to portray Jesus and his hanging on the cross which ended the old covenant. They fail to take the next step which is to understand that Jesus did not linger on the cross. He rose from the dead. Jesus has redeemed us! We have been set free!
Why do some continue to allow Jesus to remain on the cross? Too many books have been written about Jesus and his hanging on the cross. Now its time to write and talk about Jesus and the new covenant and our new relationship with GOD. Not enough emphasis has been placed upon the finished work of Jesus. He redeemed mankind and now sits at the right hand of the father. We each must ask ourselves what does this mean to me. Our answer is a key that can open the door to a new beginning. The choice is ours. Jesus no longer hangs on the cross. He sits at the right hand of the father where he is our advocate with the father. Jesus is my redeemer. Is He your redeemer?
