This is written to the tune of the old song 'Running Bear'; made famous by Johnny Preston.

The beat works if you follow the correct pauses and extend some words in harmony with the music. Great for witnessing in situations where a singer can grab peoples attention with new words to a well loved song.
Up in heaven, is a King,
Who loves all, His children here,
But thereís also, an evil spirit,
Who would love, to draw you near,
Your Heavenly Father, has paid the price,
For the ransom, of your soul.
So old satan, Is not happy,
Because your choice, can make you whole.

Jesus Christ, went to the Cross,
Yes He died for you and me,
Jesus Christ, went to the Cross,
And by choice, you can be free.

Donít let satan, wear you down,
Donít listen to, his filthy lies,
Let his garbage, and deception,
Go right on, and pass you by,
You hang onto, the hands of Jesus,
Your Savior wants you, for His own,
And Heíll lead you, safely onward,
To that happy, heavenly home.

Jesus Christ, went to the Cross,
Yes He died for you and me,
Jesus Christ, went to the Cross,
And by choice, you can be free.
