please critique anything from this passage. thanks
There are times that we all feel low and discouraged. Times that we do not know what to do. Heartwrecking circumstances do overwhelm each one of us at times. It just shows that we are all heman and we all go through situations beyond human understanding.

It is normal to feel down and even cry a little bit. In fact, its very health to let go of the grief from within ohter than letting it mount up inwardly. But, its very spiritual when we decide to rise up from our miserable state and say somethign to God. He is always waiting to hear from all troubled hearts and ready to heal our wounds. So, when these storms have risen against us, do not despair for that we will change absolutely nothing. When you raise your eyes to God, He will meet you at the very point of your need. he is ever so faithful to all His children.

Prayer will sort you out in the day of crisis.
