At present India is having sufficient natural and human resources, but the utilization of these resources are not proper. The main resources of India are agricultural landed properties. The provincial governments of India transfer the agricultural land in favor of various private people/industrialists for various purposes like educational institutions and others industries. A large number of lands are lying vacant without any utilization. There are many government schools and colleges in India, and if government of India takes initiative to re-structure or renovate the existing schools and colleges, there will be no need of private institutions.
God is the creator of all the landed properties. Every human being has right on the said properties. But, practically it is seen that the government sell and allot land in favor of privet parties for various purposes. When poor people of India are not able to purchase a small piece of land for their shelter, how the vast properties are being transferred in favor of rich people. If, it continues so, than what will be the future of landless people. In the existing structure of single or double storied educational building, government of India or provincial governments of India can construct multistoried building for the education purpose in the existing structures.
This happens due to shortage of funds/revenues. But why shortage of funds/revenues. There are many alternative ways to increase the revenue by adopting reformatic method. But 90% administrators and political leaders are self centered. They do not think about poor. Their intentions are to pass their time in government service and earn a good amount during their service period.
Every where there is corruption in government sector. Now is the time, the government has to take adequate steps for modification of the existing procedures of administration with proper planning and many more. How it will be possible? Yes, it is possible. If the Government of India plan properly to achieve the optimum goal, easily the same can be possible. Hence, the role of the ministry of Administrative Reforms is very much important one. If the talents of India are placed in the parliament, they may reform the system of present unruly administration.
