I feel a flutter in my heart
I feel the small flicker of hope
Like a small flame waiting to be fed
I'm trying to survive and to cope.
My soul is weary and sad
the flame of life is dying to survive
I'm numb, I can't feel the pain,
My heart is flaming to thrive.
This is bigger than any can imagine,
the feeling burning deep inside
I feel peace only One can give,
Forgiveness that is felt deep and wide.
There is a pure Light in my heart,
I feel peace in this illumination,
There is always hope for the future
this is my day of never-ending salvation.
My name is written in His palm,
The hope is flying like a white dove,
The inflammation is growing in my soul,
I'm completely caressed in perfect love.
My life is just beginning,
my Soul has further to grow,
the fire in me is just now burning,
My heart of illumination is forever aglow.
