Revealing Dream

This poem is written about a dream that I had. In it I was sitting in a classroom at a table listening very attentively to the teacher. Wanting to learn what was being taught. At the same table I was sitting at were two others (men). They wore dark suits with dark sunglasses. They were not good people (the dream revealed that). Instead of paying attention to the teacher, all of their attention was focused on me. All the notes they were writing down were on me. They would follow me and set up traps for me to fall into but an escape was always provided and they had no success in what they plotted. I had this dream back in 2004 but the things in it are just now coming to pass. Thank you Jesus! Here it is.

Revealing Dream

Observing from my table they devise a plan
Silently in the background knowing they stand
Masking true identity kept from the band
Prevents their success hasn't room to expand
As I study law taught by a new teacher
Helps me expose every wicked feature
In plots I'll evade while my preacher
Removes masks over the inner creature
Is easily captured by words my distinct
Character is unwavering with heart-made instinct
I follow paths laid by The Lord I'm linked
To light when darkness thinks Love's extinct
And belief of this union rekindles dreams lost
Faith in miracles restored when Life tossed
Overcomes fear of unknown becomes known
To ordinary suffering in rememberance of his throne
Strengthens my plight and I'll not postpone
This peaceful expression which many don't condone
What I grew up disliking I've somehow come to be
The same reflection of a grim reality
But believing in Jesus Christ will guide my destiny.

Satan is in the business of setting traps for us to fall in to. The main thing is for us to be ready when these things befall us with the ever present Word of God. He is in our hearts to always let us know when something is amiss because we do know Him , He is faithful! Great poem !
