DIVA is the word that God gave me, He said, "you are a diva".
I said, "me a DIVA, just what is a DIVA?" One might see it as the world describes it; a woman of high maintenance, one who thinks more highly of herself than she ought to, a prima donna, one who craves the bling, and who likes to be flashy. I thought, "that's not me". God said, "research it".
So here I go, the origin of the word, "Diva" is "divine", when I saw this, I immediate saw the acronym for the word, "Divinely Inspired Virtuously Anointed".
Being a diva is not in the clothes and the jewelery that one wears, nor does it pertain to race or color, it pertains to the God in you. The God in you produces the beauty in your outward appearance.
If your inner man is ugly acting then your outer man will appear ugly. As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. If your thinking is ugly so will your actions on the outside and you can be the most beautiful woman, but your attitude will make you ugly.
But a true diva houses the anointing and character of the Virtuous Woman in Proverbs 31. You can view my other work to see her attributes.
A diva is not a pimpette nor can she be pimped, she is a woman of character, an entreprenuer, and a woman of wisdom, she doesn't need to think highly of herself, because others do that for her and her virtue and reverance for the Lord brings her praise from Him because He is well pleased in her service to Him and to her surroundings.
She trusts in the Lord as her resource and gives to Him freely, her desire is to bless others and they call her blessed.
A true diva does not crave attention, it comes on its on and when others are drawn to her, it opens up the door for her to minister to them.
A true diva has paid the cost to achieve the title, because rather than being puffed up with pride, she is clothed in humility.
