Humanbeings have possesed different ideas and on the basis of such ideas or brain powers, they discover or invent different new things in the human society for the betterment of the people.When there was no schools or college, or languages,the human society communicated their ideas in different signals,which could be understood by the people. Some brainy peple by utilising thier ideas intrduced different languages in different areas for applicability and easy communicatin. The negative ideas created exploitation, where as positive ideas developed the society. Consquent upon development of the civilisation some experienced and brainy people communicate their ideas by writing books, Schools and colleges were opened for teaching purposes. Hence, teachings or self creativity is a very important factor for development of the society.The teachers hesitate to receive their fees,rather they felt themselves happy to change students/people by imparting training to them.
Now a days some of the brainy and talented people
have utilised their ideas in a negative way for exploitation, which deprive the general people to to educate themselves or to acquire knowldge for their vested interest. The political leaders of Government Administration or the Administrators fail to discover the the proper ideas, which is the main cause of poverty and suffererings of general people of the society.
But, if the administrators or political leaders apply their mind or commonsence truly, there will be 100% employment and 100% education, and there will not be a single disputes between countries and countries,states and states as well as people and people. There are many talented people/persons in India as well as in other countries. Now is the time, all the talented students/pesons/people of the society should be united, so that all will be educated properly for better utilisation of human resources and natural resources. If, the administrators make the plannings properly in a positive way, many disputes/litigations will be settled,and a daily sweeper will become able to perform/discharge his duties with high dignity. He can also come to road by a bike or car for cleaning purposes. Even, a daily labour either agricultural or any un-organised sectors can able to maintain their dignity with proper respect.
