" How about this table?" Charles asked as his eyes darted around the crowded cafeteria. He knew at this time of day it was going to be hard to find an open table. After looking around, he noticed a table that was the only open one left.
" This one is ok" Katie replied as she put down the Mcdonald's sack on it, pulled up a chair and sat down.
As Charles sat down and his wife handed him a double cheeseburger and some fries, his cell phone rang. He quickly ate a french fry. " Hello" he said as he put a napkin in his lap and Katie got up to go get a couple of cups of water to drink.
" Hi Detective Springer" he said as he unwrapped his cheeseburger and put more ketchup on the bun. " I see" he replied as his wife sat down with the two cups of water. She handed him one of the cups. " Ok, keep in touch" he said as he looked at his now concerned wife. He closed the cell phone and put it back into his front pant pocket. He noticed he had dropped the business card that he had found near the park bench and he picked it up and put it into his wallet.
