Now a days people perform in different trades to earn some thing for their existence. Theough thousands of trades are available in the country,the trade of cultivation relating to agricultural products play a vital role in the present society as food is the day to day requirment of human beings along with other living things of the world. In India, still people are working in their agricultural land without scietific support from government causing less products in the agricultural sector. It is well known to all that,all the rich people and highly sophisticated persons holding differnt key posts of Indian Administration do not apply their mind properly while dealing with different files of different ministries, which cause wrong decission making as well as loss of crores of government revenues to the government. A large number of agricultural lands are lying vacant, and in the absense of reformatice decission,India fails to products more agricultual items though sufficient human resources are available in the country.
What, practically I have observed and assesed during my administrative incumbancy under Government of India,that there are lot of scopes for hundred 100% employment to make the country to a developed one at par with other developed countries. But the administrators and deccission makers, are taking wrong decissions either one th pressure of politicians or for self gain whic cause serious loss to the general public. A person,who serves under Government organisations are called public servant, and it is his duty to serve the public as his servant. But, practically,the administrators,decission makers and other empowered athorities, donot give respect to the general public, rather exploit them,take bribes to get the work done, and live in an adament way because they have not faced the practical problems, which are faced by general people in their day to day life
I had a desire to do something for public people of India by placing the real problems of general people in the parliament, and I wrote to the head of different political leaders including honourable president of India on faith to nominate my name a a member of Parliament after availing VRS from government service and response is still awaited. The represenataion of general talented people, who have acquired sufficient knowldge and brain power are very less in two houses of the parliament. Though there is existence of different national and local political parties,but game of "MONEY" always there. There are some political parties,who collect money from the persons, who are interested to contenst in the election under a political banner. The talents, who can give better administration to the nation or country, they are being debarred on differnt pleas. Journalists also fail to write the real picture of the administration, in the news papers out of fear or for selfishness. Every where there is bribe in the open day, in the courts, inthe offices, and every where there is corruptions,and if any body raise voice against corruptions, then he will be a victim in the eye of law through irregular development of file
Hence, now is the time, all the faith writers who have deep faith on god should "PRAY TO THE GOD" so that real talents of the country become able to represent parliament to provide better administartion to India and to make it a developed country at par with other developed countries of the world. It is quite possibele, as I have studied about the avilability of human resources in India. Only utilisation is required in a reformatic manner by deploying the real talentS.
