Once upon a time, there are lot of private banks opened by the private kings of different countries and subsquently introduction of democracy,demands of gneral public caused for nationalisation of private banks. Mrs. Indira Gandhi was the first wo-men Prime-minister,who nationalised private banks, which was a history of the nation. But, all the genuine and need people are not getting the scopes to avail the the loan from the banks, because of certain criteria, either laid down by banks or instructed by government of india for the sake of benefits and to generatge revenue.Practically, it will be not wise to tell that, that the banks,generate more profits, because of different political loans of diffierent states. If, it is calculated, the outstanding amount of the banks will be more and more on capitalists, rich people,and industrialists. They can manage themselves because of their vast assets and mortgage theireof in banks. But a middle or lower class people, face lot of difficulties, if he fails to suceeds in his bussiness, and latter on he face court cases and other various litigated issues,which cause social harrassment to the poor and middle class families. Hence, reformation in banking organisations are quite essential for the sake of the needy and result-oriented people, and there is a great need of modification of the policeis of Banking Organisations,exemption of interests as well as outstanding borrowed loans, where practically, it will be felt that the loanee is the real sufferee and not capable to pay. There will no loss of banks, as other alternative ways are their to co-up the crises. All the nationalised,regional & national private banks, differnt co-operative banks are merged into one bank under Reserve Bank of India, with out hampering the interest of the employees, will there be any problems for us ? The faith writers as wells as the organisers of the faith writers may please exmine the above points, and also think about operation of an International Bank all over the world under the controll of United Nation/World Bank with reformatic policies for their employees at par with Givernment Sectors.
