Recently the Lord revealed to me that some people that are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional do not know how to be courteous, respectful, and professional. They simply do not know how because they belong to the devil and they know best what the devil, their father, instructs them. Remember when the devil was our father? We too acted like fools and sometimes did not know how to conduct ourselves sensibly because we were so honed in to our evil lives of sin.
The other day, as I fellowshipped with the Lord, He gave me that revelation that some people do not know how to behave appropriately with common courtesy, etc. It is not in them to do so.
And today the Lord allowed me to be treated unfairly. Other unfairness was directed against me this week and the Lord reminded me that He allowed it for me to become more aware of how the devil opposes. These experiences have been educational and informative to me because when the Lord allows these instances, I seek Him for answers and always He shows me through His Word what things mean and why. Of course, our Lord does not always provide details and a lot has to be done by us in the faith arena but I am becoming more and more grateful for what the Lord teaches through tribulations and opposition from evil forces.
One thing that the Lord told me is that as His Word states, “vain is the help of man.”
When in context, that makes complete sense because it is God that we are to rely on ultimately. Also, the Lord reminded me that there are people who know that they are wrong and yet choose to do, and support that which is wrong. They make a conscious election to do wrong rather than elect the brave position to do that which is right. Their sin nature has them to select what is unjust because they serve the father of that which is unjust, Satan. And such were some of us until God in His mercy saved our souls for His glory!
One of my Christian sisters recently told me,”Don’t expect anything from man.” She further explained that God can use man to help but that we are not to expect. Our expectation is of God and whatever He provides people, provisions of other sorts etc.
It is all about what God elects - who, what, how and when. God is the source – all else is a resource.
When God allows unfairness relative to His people, be assured that it is for a purpose of God’s design because He rules in the kingdom of men. His Word states that he hardens who he will (Romans 9). When the hearts of people are hardened towards us, count it all joy because the Word of God states that all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purposes. (Romans 8).
Note: The Lord also revealed that there are many people who do evil because they have not experienced the wrath of God that will soon manifest more swiftly…
As a result, there are many people who are not afraid of God –YET!
