In Ezekiel chapter 37, it talks of the valley of dry bones. We are not told where these bones did come from, or what happened to those people whose bones were dumped there. Whatever the case, God was aware those bones did exist there.
A time came when God wanted to do some miracle over them. There was a prophet called Ezekiel whom God used to bring about messages across the land in those days.
[1] The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,
[2] And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.
[3] And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest.
[4] Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.
These bones I believe lived there for a while and I believe also community around there knew of them, maybe they graced their cattle around there, children played over them and so on.
It came a time that God wanted to heal them form their dryness to live again.
Of recent God has been talking with me about this chapter. I started seeing those things I actually liked to see them done. I could see some of the things which have taken a lot of time to come to pass. But God told me to remember the dry bones. How he put them to life again. My heart felt warm and happy.
Today I would like to inform you of those dry bones in your life which actually you believe can’t come to pass. You health has become like dry bones, you bills – dry bones, your marriage--- dry bones, your financial meltdown--- dry bones you teenager --- dry bones, my brother, sister relax, God has seen those dry bones and he is sending a prophet to prophesy you dry bones to life. Thank God for dry bones in your life today for he will turn your bills from dry boniness to life again. The bible says and it was a great army .
