Author requests article critique

'Twas the hour before bed,
and all through the house,
not a creature was stirring
'cept me on the couch.

The dishes were done,
the sox I did pair,
the fresh clothes I had folded
sat neat on the chair.

When from deep in the pantry
there came a strange sound,
I sought, looked and hunted
until it was found.

A neat little package;
the lid sealed on tight,
'Come on,' said a voice,
'Just one little bite'

As I read that dread label,
I stepped back in fright...
Betty Crocker Fudge Frosting;
oh no! Not tonight.

I reached out and grabbed it
and with a quick spin,
I threw it - a goal!
Right into the bin.

And so off to bed,
a new victory clutched tight,
healthy eating to all;
and to all a good night.
