God knows what has happened to man
That even the beauties of Nature
Do not fascinate him and he remains
Unwilling to bring a smile on his face.
We are living in such world
That where ever we walk, we find
Waist-deep water, with all kinds of ugliness
Which are swimming on it. All our activities are revolving
Round the products which we do not need.
Fear and misery are dominating our global village
Wars are being depicted forcefully, and
A handful group of terrorists has
Perhaps, for ever, ransomed the whole world
The tragedy is that in spite of living
In such a Dysotopia, we are harping,
On the Utopia of 21st century.
