His mouth is most sweet, yes, he is altogether lovely. This is my Beloved.
This is my friend.
(Song of Solomon 5:16)
Nothing about loving someone should ever become common or natural. As
we take the time to get to know them. We should study them and learn them
both physically and intimately. We see the physically beauty and warmth
which attracted us to that person in the first place.
We often discover something exciting and new with each touch of our
mate, she should feel that same sense emotionally and spiritually.
The love and affection should grow like a precious flower. There should be
some thorns which are stripped away as the bonds of trust and love
deepens. You learn how to relate to each other sometimes without words.
We also see the vulnerable and hidden things which are cast down by the
love we share. The things melt our heart bring a deeper sense of devotion
to the relationship.
Discovery is a life long journey. It is not a easy journey which can be
captured in a moment or can be measured within a specific time limit.
Discovery can be learned with each moment of the day. It a time of learning
about new ways to love and appreciate the person we love.
Discovery takes commitment and prayer. Discovering something new is
like opening a new part of your heart. You always knew there was much to
your heart, But once it is full circle. You will never know what an
abundance of love you have.
