Can God love and save somebody so wicked?

A. Yes! That is the whole reason for Jesus coming to earth, (John 3:16-18). He came to save those who were the most wicked. "To save the sinners of whom I am chief", (1 Timothy 1:15). Jesus desires mercy with you not sacrifice. He came to call the sinners unto repentance. To lead them back on the right path with God, (Matthew 9:13). So yes he can, will and has. For he came to earth and gave his life just to receive you, (Luke 15:2)! For it is not God's will that even the lowest is sinners should perish,(Matthew 18:14). You must meet him, just as Peter met him when he stepped out of the boat. You must do your part as well and go the distance towards him. Seek to find him and when you do. Knock on his door until he opens it. Ask for him and he will come and receive you of his own!

Your brother in Christ,
