God sent down on an angel from
way up above.
He showed me the River of Life
And somewhere in a far off distance
a bright light was shining though.
Right then I knew it was the Lord,
for his word is true.
He said, "behold I am coming
sooner than you think.
Just give your soul to me
and this river you may drink."
I fell down to my knees
and started to cry.
I felt the Spirit of the Lord
wipe the tear from my eye.
He said, "behold I am coming
sooner than you think.

and the river you may drink.
He said, "just give your soul to me
and you may drink."
