Col. 3:1-3
If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. [2] Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. [3] For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. Beloved, I would have you to set your mind and affections above where I am seated, and not on the earth. When you look upon the trials, changes and all the chaos around you it is overwhelming to you, keep your focus on Me, and things above.
For you died and when you were baptized into My death and raised with Me into newness of life, into My life.
Now put aside all thoughts of yourself and trust Me utterly and completely, hold back nothing. I will take you through whatever you must face, because your life is hid in Me.
Everything is moving now at an accelerated pace, and beloved this is to teach you to rest in Me, for you cannot accomplish anything in and of yourself. You must give me everything, so that I can show You how effortlessly it is when I am in control.
I am showing you what is necessary for what is ahead, you shall overcome as your life is hid in Me, and you continually walk in My Spirit.
Get ALL of your thoughts centered on Me, rather than centered on self. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually mind is life and peace.
If then you are hid in Me, take no thought for your life.
Check daily to see where you have your thoughts, and quickly cast down all thoughts that are not on me, and My kingdom. This is imperative to your faith and trust in Me, for your thoughts can cause you to lose confidence and cause you to take things into your own hands.
If you do not completely trust me, then You do not truly KNOW ME. To KNOW ME, is to know that I completely care for My own.
If you think it is not true within yourself, you can see that you have been trusting in your own self and the arm of flesh, rather than in Me.
Think deeply on these things, and you will find that it is true what I say. If you are not fully and completely trusting in Me, I am not the Lord of your life.
How beautiful our relationship will be when you are tired of doing everything yourself, and just let go and let me take over.
I come to the door and knock and if any man hears and opens the door, I will come in and sup with Him. This is a relationship that will be like nothing you have on the earth, as you sit and sup with me, and allow me to set on the throne of your heart, to rule and reign in all things, there will be blessings forever more, My grace will abound as you sit with me in heavenly places.
Yes, there will be much tribulation, but I have overcome the world, and you will also, as I am truly the Lord in your life. A life that is hid in Me.
