What would a husband think of a woman who had saved her dance card for him alone?
Maybe men wouldn’t be so afraid of dancing, because wives wouldn’t have anyone to compare them to. Maybe they would feel better if their wives weren’t more experienced than them.
Maybe learning how to dance together should be one of all of the things that they should be learning together, learning with each other for the first time.
Marriage is hard. Bringing in those special gifts to a marriage will only help it, not hurt it.
