Is Christ’s shed blood on our heart’s doorpost,
And, is He dwelling within?
This, the only way to have real peace,
With His help, to keep from sin.
Within the depths of our sinful hearts,
Our old nature tries to rule.
We’re on a spiritual battle ground,
Not fighting, we’d be a fool!
Because Christ has provide the Way,
To hold our”old nature “down.
Put on the whole armor of our God,
Only then, we will gain new ground.
Each battle won, and placed behind us,
Brings growth and maturity.
Until Christ has all of inner self,
We will a stumbling block be.
We must press forward to do God’s will,
Not thinking about the cost.
The blessings of God are then, outpoured.
There’ll be nothing we have lost!
Rely on the shed blood of Jesus.
Reach out to those caught in sin;
Wearing all of God’s armor boldly,
Equipped, bringing lost to Him!

"reaching out to others in sin" I know what you mean but it looks like you are reaching out in sin - would "reaching out to others caught in sin" work or would that make it too wordy (here I go again with rhythm stuff, grin)
You have such a good way of drawing the reader in , sharing your heart and then applying a challenge or teaching moment!
