Author requests article critique

He Was Guilty

Found guilty of nothing
yet convicted all the same
Unto this end, he was born
because of me .... he came

He stood there innocent
uttering no words of defense
When, even to his judge
the charges made no sense

Oh, but he was guilty
guilty of loving me
Guilty of mercy so great
he willingly went to Calvary

Guilty of compassion
far exceeding that, of his accusers
Guilty of forgiving
even his blinded, abusers

Guilty for desiring,
to free man�s sinful soul
Oh yes he was guilty ... guilty
of loving us so

Guilty of breaking
the traditions of man
Guilty of disclosing
the only salvation plan

Guilty of loving
beyond man�s imagination
Guilty of preparing hearts
to accept, an eternal salvation
