A cry in the night was heard up above

Lost and alone weighed down by sin

About a life lived for sin that ripped her apart
How can you love me and not be dispised
When you hear me gossip and know that I've lied
When I lived for myself blinded by pride
As I chased after money living a lie
Don't I deserve to Die!
The Lord said my child it's true
The wages of sin is death even for you
But because of my love for the creation I've made
I died in your place and your sins now will fade
If you believe in the gift I have given to you
Accept me as your savior and your debt is through
Paid in full by a Lord who cares
He will give eternal life for all to share
