Jonah 2

Just as Jonah prayed from the belly of a fish, God hears us whenever we pray, no matter what our situation might be. Jonah cried out to God because of the trouble he was in. We can do that too.

Whenever we are in trouble, we can cry out to God and He will answer. No matter what our situation, whether we are caught in a storm at sea or struggling with our every day vices, when all hope is lost, know that God is your Lord and He will answer.

Life can put us in dire situations, putting us in awkward positions of not knowing what to do. Always remember the Lord and pray to Him. Whenever you sacrifice, whether you give up doing something that you know is wrong, or go without because you know it is the right thing to do, do it to honor the Lord.

Those that worship the things of this world, sacrifice being forgiven by God. Give thanks to Him always, keep your word, and always remember that the Lord is salvation. If you do these things, when you call on the name of the Lord, He will answer.
