Vida wakes up early one morning. She draws the curtain from her window and slightly opens the shutters to allow some fresh air to enter her bedroom.

As Vida breathes deeply, she feels a tiny flutter of wings tickling her back. She knows it is little angel Savannah.

Tears start to roll down Vida's cheeks. Silently she prays: "Dear God, take care of my little angel. I want her to be with me until I grow old. Please give me a chance to be a mommy to her. I will be a good mommy. I will teach her to be honest, caring, and loving. I will make sure that she grows up as a true Christian who will worship and serve you."

Little angel Savannah looks up at the sky. Gold rays from the clouds surround her. Everything seems to be silent. Suddenly, a gust of wind brings her back to earth. She watches a beautiful baby sleeping peacefully in a pink flowered cradle. Little angel Savannah smiles and says quietly: "Thank you, God."
