" Jack" Mr. Kincaide replied as he studied his employment file. " You have a very impressive file".
" Thanks" he replied as he squinted his eyes in the semidarkness.
" You have been the top salesman here for five years now" he said as he looked at the small clock on his oak desk. " How do you do it?".
" Mr. Kincaide" Jack said with a slight smile. " My work and my life ethic is based on John 8:12".
" Sorry, the bible doesn't mean anything to me".
" John 8:12 says I am the light of the world".
" What does that mean" he asked with a strange look at his employee.
Jack squinted his eyes in the near darkness. " He who follows me will not walk in darkness but will have the light of life".
