And the LORD answered me, and said,
Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables,
that he may run that readeth it.
Keeping a journal can be an enhancement to your spiritual life. You may write in it everyday, or you may simply write often enough to record those things that are uppermost on your mind. The act of writing down your worries and cares is liberating and exhilarating, for it forces you to examine and articulate the sources of your anxiety. When you identify and analyze these sources of anxiety and ultimately commit them to God, they lose their power over you.
Journaling your worries to God is an effective discipline for reducing stress. In a way, it like writing God a letter and asking him to take care of those things. Once, you have done so, you can go about the day relieved and refreshed that you have dealt with your troubles effectively.
Prayer:
God, I release my concerns to you as I write them down. Thank you for caring for me so much that you are concerned with each entry no matter how great or small. In Jesus' name. Amen.

You have written words that are encouraging to many people. Our Father does care about us. It is so refreshing to see that Jesus reiterates these truths through his vessels who are obedient to his instructions.
