Age to Age the music plays
A symphony from God's own Hand
From the beginning a perfect score did He compose
For each instrument He has His perfect purpose
Each part uniquely assigned
Measures holding beats to play
And those to give the player rest
Notes sharp and flat; notes short and slurred
Tempos slow and tempos fast
For each there is a season
Nonsensical when played alone
Though practice pays when joined by all
An orchestra with eyes all front and center
Ready to follow the gentle lead of the Director
Rehearsal unfolds the Heart of the Composer
With music binding musicians one to another
Playing on cue the parts set before them
The symphony sounds with bountiful freedom
Tuned and ready, the final performance at hand
Fruit of sacrifice sure to bring blessings grand
First before going Home, a celebration feast in finest fashion
Honoring all the good and faithful for a job well done

After 25 years I am playing my instrument in a local symphony open to all who wishes to play. Even in that God teaches His Wisdom to my soul. As the Lord so wonderfully does for me time and time again, He has once more paralleled life down here with Life in Him with a simple yet amazing illustration.
In this image of Truth, our triune God is presented …
Father - Composer
Son - Music of the ages
Holy Spirit - Director
Three-in-One ever present to provide for and see us through this life until we see Him face-to-Face.
Blessings to all as you practice to play your part with His perfect purpose. If not before, see you at the celebration feast!
One day we will be able to play--perfectly--the instuments we wish we could play now. I tried trumpet, played it for a while--not good at it..Tried accordian--not good. Have an autoharp--never play it. Let's face it, I am JUST NOT musical...One day I will be...This was a good encouragement...Thanks...
Sorry it has been so long since I have gotten to your articles. I haven't been to the computer much lately. I haven't been feeling up to it. I am still not very well, but should be in a day or so...Just the flu...Helen
If only the whole world would join in and play. All praise and glory to our Heavenly Father. Enjoy each moment of this opportunity, Jody . How wonderful for this to come your way . Love and blessings , Julie
