How many times I have uttered these same words! Take my hand...lead me...I will trust in you. Such words can only be prayed by one who has given the reins of her heart over to her Master. What a comfort to trust that He knows the way we take!
Patricia this is certainly heartfelt and succinct; I know that God has heard that prayer and will be answering it in His perfect way- it cannot be otherwise!
This poem is very descriptive, it is very easy to understand your prayer. I think sometimes God lets us decide where we want to go, sometimes. When it comes to the specific path, that is your relationship with Christ, well that path is very narrow, sharp and distinct, but by that same reasoning it is very easy to fall off.
