Thank You, Lord,
for the uniqueness of my being
and for the individuality of all mankind.
I am so glad that You chose
to make each of us different
rather than shaping us
from the same plastic mold.
Thank You
for conceiving us as individuals. . .
for knowing what is in us –
in our thoughts,
our feelings,
our strengths,
and our weaknesses. . .
in our hopes,
our fears,
our joys,
and our sorrows. . .
Thank You
for seeing us,
understanding us,
and calling each of us
by name. . .
Thank You
for being with us
in all things
and in all times.
It boggles my mind, Lord,
that knowing, seeing,
and understanding more of us
than we know and see
and understand of ourselves,
You still Love us!
