Life is filled with many signs and symbols that we overlook everyday. When we take a short trip somewhere and end up getting lost are we actually in an accidental location? Have we just discovered an opportunity for us to recognize that we have been purposefully driven by our own thoughts to this present holding place? When we come to the proverbial "fork in the road" have we lost our way or are we at the right place at the right time?
Maybe you or I have taken a long distance drive to an unknown destination only to find out later that we were headed in the direction of the vision and dreams that we have been envisioning for years. Doesn't it seem strange to cross someone’s path who you were just the other day ago thinking about? Was it by coincidence or on purpose? Is this life that we live more of a mystery or visible truth?
We are constantly led and guided by more than our physical bodies. Each day the end result of each outcome are formed by the thoughts and desires that inwardly drive our motives and intentions to decide which way to go. Whether we believe it or not we are in more control of our mess ups and make ups more than we take credit for. If you or I believe this than why don’t we take more ownership over each decision that we make?
Ultimately you and I become what we have been thinking about. Interestingly so, because of this unforeseen truth, we arrive at conclusions to feelings and concerns that we have about people, places, and things based upon the inner world of our subconscious.
I am under the impression that nothing that I say or do has come as a result of happenstance. It's been said that "our actions are our thoughts in rehearsal.” You and I may have not identified inside our minds the real issues and problems that we are anxiously pursuing within day and night. But while we sleep our dreams reveal to us the things that we might have earlier avoided. When we awake they appear to be hidden until the next sight of a reminder of times past meeting today's present.
The next time you come across someone; arrive at someplace; acquire some thing, remember that your steps have been ordered. Directly or indirectly we experience each day that a greater power is at work inside of our being. He has said that he's preplanned good things for us not evil. He has promised to give you and me a future and a reason to hope: So rest in this truth.
