Gulls were crying in the harbor of Istanbul. A small Caique, an Aegean coastal boat lay tied to the dock. A bearded Greek Captain was smoking a pipe.
Asher and David walked up, "Is this the Odysseus?"
"Yes", said the Captain, "Named after one of the most famous practitioners of my trade."
Asher grinned,"And of mine".
The Captain twitched nervously,"Yes, even so..."
Then he said,"Do you have the cargo?"
The reply came, "Three casks of olive oil".
Then several stevedores loaded up the casks. And they cast off the lines and set sail.
As they cruised out of the harbor, David said, "Apparently the Emniyet didn't catch us".
Asher replied, "Or that's what the Turks want us to think."
The Captain shook again at that.
"Your first time?", asked Asher.
The Captain replied, "No. But never in quite this manner."
Then they opened the casks.
Inside was a pile of Lee-Enfield rifles.
Then Asher said, "Fitting to the name of our ship. I hope no one remembers to beware of Greeks bearing gifts."
